Investcent is the named implementing entity. Supporting agreements and institutional due-diligence profiles have not been supplied for public review. No additional technical institution, donor or consortium member is listed as a confirmed participant.

Prospective collaborators will be assessed against technical competence, local capacity, research integrity, data protection, safeguards and financial accountability. Scope, deliverables, ownership and reporting duties should be agreed before participation is described as confirmed.
